Our weekend was a typical weekend. A bit of relaxing, productivity, and fun.
Almost everyday the kids will play a little round of basketball drills.
I snapped this picture of Sterling and it reminded me to take more pictures. I've gotten out of the habit of taking pictures, but this reminded me that life is short with the kids being at home. They grow up so fast.
We broke out a new game I bought last week. It's was on repeat all weekend.
Sterling's mattress came in so we were able to finish putting her room together. We still need a few things, but I told her the rest is going to wait for a bit.
On Saturday, I ran errands, relaxed, and played basketball. It was the kids' last game of the spring season. They'll start summer season next month. They both scored for their team and had a great game.
I also did a lot of planning for our upcoming school year.
We put solar post lights on the deck.
I've also been doing a ton of research on tools. It's time to begin the indoor projects and I'm excited, nervous, and really excited, haha. You guys, I'm going to build built-ins. I'm always up for a project, but this one is making me think I should just buy what I'm looking to achieve. The problem is I can't find what I'm looking for. So, I have to make it myself. Insert DIY. I can do this...repeats all day long.
Have a wonderful day
